  • The group course is delivered via live Zoom calls over 3 months. Missed sessions will receive a recording link.

  • Recordings are accessible for 1 month after course ends.

2. Payment & Refunds

  • Full payment required before course begins.

  • Payments processed securely via Stripe; no card data stored by Rooted Cycles.

  • Refunds: Full refund before course start; no refunds once the course begins.

  • If Rooted Cycles cancels a session, it will be rescheduled.

  • Participants retain access to recordings they have paid for.

3. Health / Fertility Questionnaires

  • Include sensitive data

  • Stored only as long as necessary for course delivery
